Join us for a stroll through over 100 years of history as we learn to make some controversial and absolutely delicious recipes. Do they taste better because they were banned? who knows. Absinthe, American Speakeasy recipes, weird garnishes and more!

CRUSHED ICE COCKTAIL WORKSHOP! SATURDAY AUGUST 29TH!

I love working with different types of ice behind the bar and for this workshop you’ll learn about how ice affects dilution, shaking techniques, and above all presentation of fantastic cocktails.

By the end of the event you’ll make a fantastic summer crushed ice cocktail (and learn how to recreate clear ice at home fast and easy) and work with specialty ice shaped for the event.

We’ll be making beach delicious tiki & summer vibes cocktails, so let’s hope we get some sunshine!
