FALL COCKTAIL MENU!
We’ve been experimenting with fat washed recipes at our events since the release of our first cocktail book back in 2020. Fat Washing might not sound like the most appetizing activity, but it’s an incredible infusion technique to add depth, flavour, and mouthfeel to classic and modern recipes.
At this workshop you’ll learn to make 3 full size recipes using a variety of fat washed spirits, liqueurs, and syrups. Think Brown Butter, Sesame Oil, Virgin Coconut, and the right spirit choice for each!
Learn to make and enjoy 3 full sized cocktails with professional bar tools provided, and no experience needed! compete in trivia games and take home a prize! classes are always kept small, so sign up before spots run out.
