A wonderful collaboration with the Piccolo Cafe Winter Market, join us for a special custom bottling event.
If you’re looking for the perfect DIY date night, have we got something special for you. This event begins with an introduction to the process of bottled cocktails. You’ll learn the practical skills involved in a building a balanced and shelf stable recipe, choose from more than 50 possible combinations of spirits, bitters, liqueurs, and more!
Each guest will take home their own 12 oz wax sealed bottled cocktail with custom label!
Your label can be fully customized and printed at the event with your name or a photo of yourself, pet, etc!

From the prohibition of alcohol in Canada and the United States, to strange liquor laws and modern revolutions, we just can’t seem to make up our minds when it comes to our favourite cocktails and how to drink them.
Join us for a stroll through over 100 years of history as we learn to make some controversial and absolutely delicious recipes. Do they taste better because they were banned? who knows. Absinthe, American Speakeasy recipes, weird garnishes and more!
